- Shipping times may vary depending on supplier and destination
3. Delivery Time Estimates
Within Sri Lanka
- Standard Delivery: 2–7 business days
International Supplier Fulfillment
- Standard Delivery: 7–30 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, courier delays, or external factors.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on:

Private Bloom is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or government procedures, including:

- Import clearance delays
- Regulatory checks
- Additional documentation requests
Delivery timelines do not include customs clearance duration.
7. Tracking Information
Where available, tracking details will be provided once the order is dispatched.
Tracking updates may take several days to appear after shipment due to carrier processing times.
8. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
Private Bloom is not responsible for:
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Failed delivery due to customer error

Any additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect details may be charged to the customer.
9. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders
If an order is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged:

- Provide order number and supporting evidence (photos/videos where applicable)
We will investigate with the supplier and courier.
Possible resolutions may include:
- Replacement shipment
- Store credit
- Refund (subject to supplier verification and policy approval)
10. Delivery Refusal
If a customer refuses delivery:
- Shipping costs may not be refundable
- Customs or return fees may be deducted from any refund
