1. General Return Policy

At Private Bloom, we are committed to providing high-quality lifestyle and personal wellness products while ensuring strict hygiene, safety, and customer privacy standards.Due to the intimate and personal nature of many products sold by Private Bloom, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once products have been delivered.This policy is in place to protect customer health, safety, and privacy.Returns may only be considered where required under applicable consumer protection laws in Sri Lanka.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable once delivered:

  • Personal wellness and intimate products
  • Personal massagers and wellness devices
  • Pelvic floor training devices
  • Air-pulse technology devices
  • Lubricants, gels, creams, and other consumable products
  • Intimate apparel and lingerie
  • Any product with broken seals or opened packaging
  • Any item that comes into direct contact with the body
  • Gift cards and promotional items

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We only accept claims for replacement or support in the following cases:

  • Product arrived damaged during delivery
  • Product is defective upon arrival
  • Incorrect product was delivered

To request assistance, customers must:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide order number
  • Provide clear photos or video evidence of the issue
  • Retain original packaging and all accessories

After verification, Private Bloom may, at its sole discretion:

  • Replace the product with the same item
  • Provide store credit
  • Issue a refund if replacement is not available

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:

  • Product is unavailable and cannot be delivered
  • Verified defective electronic product cannot be replaced
  • Duplicate payment was charged
  • Refund is required under applicable Sri Lankan consumer protection laws

5. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may only be cancelled before shipment.Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation is not guaranteed.Customers must contact support immediately after placing an order for cancellation requests.


6. Refund Processing Time

Where a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method whenever possible
  • Processing time depends on the payment gateway or bank (including PayHere and issuing banks)
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the error is caused by Private Bloom

7. Hygiene, Safety & Privacy

For hygiene and safety reasons, all intimate and personal wellness products are strictly non-returnable once delivered.All return and refund requests are handled confidentially and with full discretion.
